The 80-20 Rule conditions that 80 percent of consequences come from 20 percent effort. This means that 80 percent of sales come from 20 percent of customers. It also means that, within 20 percent of efforts, another 80-20 Rule applies. That translates into a minimal amount of action leading to many results.
Focus on that. Find the efforts that are producing the best results. It is not about working long and endless days, trying hard, or always being the last to leave the office. It’s about productivity.
